Adds paragraph (28) to Section 43-13-115 to expand Medicaid eligibility to individuals under 65 years old, not pregnant, not entitled to Medicare benefits, with income not exceeding 133% of the federal poverty level.

Eligible individuals under the new paragraph (28) receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined under Section 1937 of the federal Social Security Act.

Division of Medicaid determines eligibility for individuals under paragraph (28).

Effective date: July 1, 2019.
