Extends Medicaid coverage for pregnant women to include maternal care services for twelve (12) months after the end of their pregnancy.

Applies this twelve-month postpartum coverage extension to pregnant women eligible under paragraphs (3), (8), and (9)(b) and (9)(c) of Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code of 1972.

Maternal care services coverage applies to women who would otherwise lose Medicaid eligibility after delivery under existing income and resource standards.

Effective date is July 1, 2019.
