Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-19-103 to add mental or physical disability of a child as a factor in child support award determinations.

Allows courts to overcome the rebuttable presumption of guideline-based child support awards by making written findings that application would be unjust or inappropriate.

Includes disability of children over age 21 who are incapable of self-support and require custodial parent care as a consideration factor.

Maintains existing factors for child support modifications including medical expenses, seasonal income variations, shared parental arrangements, and available assets.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
