Amends Mississippi Code Section 45-6-11 to require the Board on Law Enforcement Officer Standard and Training to include training on communicating with persons with autism spectrum disorder in all law enforcement training programs, whether full-time or part-time.

Applies the training requirement to all law enforcement officers, part-time law enforcement officers, and law enforcement trainees as part of their certification and qualification process.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
