Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-7-59 to allow all municipal law enforcement officers to enforce window tint violations, removing the previous restriction that only municipalities with populations of 2,000 or more could enforce these violations.

Removes exclusivity of enforcement by deleting language that limited tint law enforcement to only Mississippi Department of Public Safety officers and certain municipal officers.

Maintains existing window tint standards requiring 28% light transmittance for all windows, with exceptions for school buses, public transportation vehicles, government vehicles, and vehicles with medical exemptions.

Effective date is July 1, 2019.
