Requires the board of supervisors of each county to provide insurance coverage to election commissioners of the county.

Amends Section 25-15-101 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to add election commissioners to the list of individuals for whom counties must secure group insurance policies.

Allows counties to use their general fund, contingent fund, or other available funds to pay the full costs of insurance coverage for election commissioners.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
