Amends Section 19-5-99 of the Mississippi Code to authorize economic development districts to sell, lease, trade, exchange, or otherwise dispose of industrial sites to the Mississippi Military Department or Mississippi National Guard for military use.

Adds the Mississippi Military Department and Mississippi National Guard to the list of entities eligible to receive industrial park property transfers, alongside individuals, firms, corporations, and other public or private entities.

Effective date is July 1, 2019.
