Amends Section 49-7-38 of Mississippi Code to allow persons exempt from hunting licenses due to total service-connected disability (as adjudged by Veterans Administration or Social Security Administration) or who are paraplegic or multiple amputees to hunt with an air bow during any open season on deer, turkey, or small game.

Defines "air bow" as a device that uses compressed air to propel arrows.

Maintains existing provisions allowing persons exempt from hunting licenses and those licensed to hunt with a bow or primitive weapon to use crossbows or bow and arrows during open seasons on deer, turkey, or small game.

Requires hunters to comply with Section 49-7-31.1 when hunting during gun season on deer.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
