Increases salaries for all sworn officers of the Mississippi Highway Patrol and Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics by $7,500 effective July 1, 2019

Updates the Department of Public Safety sworn officers salary schedule with new base salaries ranging from $45,500 for entry-level Troopers to $119,500 for Colonels, based on rank and years of experience

Applies the same $7,500 increase to Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics sworn officers across all ranks from LE-Agent I through Colonel

Establishes that rank and years of experience as of July 1 of the current fiscal year determines each officer's applicable salary

Requires the Department of Public Safety to report employment data to the Legislative Budget Office and State Fiscal Officer to ensure proper budget allocation for the salary increases
