Allows multiple charitable bingo licensees to operate at the same physical location as long as they do not overlap services or operation times.

Permits full-time bingo supervisors to receive employee benefits (health insurance, paid leave, retirement contributions) from the charitable organization without counting toward the $600 per-session compensation limit, provided benefits are paid by the charity and not charged as bingo expenses.

Clarifies that the two-session per day and eight-session per week limits apply to individual licensees, not to multiple licensees sharing the same location.

Effective July 1, 2019.
