Adds embezzlement under Mississippi Code Sections 97-23-19, 97-23-25, 97-11-29, 97-23-21, and 97-11-27 to the list of felonies eligible for expungement.

Allows individuals convicted of embezzlement to petition for expungement five years after successful completion of all sentence terms and conditions.

Limits eligibility to one felony expunction per person, consistent with existing expungement provisions for other felonies.

Maintains existing requirements that the district attorney receive ten days' written notice before any expungement hearing and that the court determine the applicant is rehabilitated.

Effective July 1, 2019.
