Reauthorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of Children's Advocacy Centers of Mississippi, effective July 1, 2019.

Requires additional fee of $30.00 per distinctive license tag, paid annually at registration renewal, in addition to all other taxes and fees.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to Children's Advocacy Centers of Mississippi, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each additional fee for deposit into county general fund; replacement tags cost $10.00 with 5% retained by tax collector.

Requires distinctive license tag provisions to satisfy Section 27-19-44(3) requirements before July 1, 2022.
