Increases salaries by $7,500 for all sworn officers of the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol, including those in the Driver's License Division and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.

Updates the Department of Public Safety Sworn Officers Salary Schedule effective for the 2015-2016 fiscal year and thereafter with new salary amounts for all ranks from Trooper through Colonel.

Applies salary increases based on officer rank and years of experience, with rank and years determined as of July 1 of the current fiscal year.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to file necessary data with the Legislative Budget Office and State Fiscal Officer to budget and distribute funds for the salary increases.

Effective date: July 1, 2019.
