Authorizes the City of Natchez to donate and convey the Natchez Intermodal Transportation Center and associated land (Parcel 52, Tax Map 41-113B) to the United States of America by warranty deed in fee simple absolute.

Permits the City of Natchez to donate and convey parcels associated with the historic Forks of the Road Slave Market site (Parcels 24, 26.7, 29, 91 and 92, Tax Map 41-116A) including buildings and personal property located thereon to the United States of America.

Authorizes conveyance of additional Forks of the Road Slave Market properties that the City of Natchez and State Department of Archives and History determine are significant to the project and no longer needed for municipal purposes.

Allows conveyance of Forks of the Road properties that were donated to the City of Natchez by third parties for use in the project, with conveyances made by quitclaim deed per a Memorandum of Agreement dated September 21, 2001.

Exempts both conveyances from Mississippi Code requirements to include reverter clauses and mineral rights retention provisions in deeds.
