Amends the Coahoma County Reserve and Trust Fund (established in 2013) to authorize the Board of Supervisors to withdraw up to $500,000 from the fund's corpus to supplement the county general fund for fiscal year 2018-2019 due to lease payment delays caused by Curae Health, Inc. bankruptcy.

Requires any lease payments received from the Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center lease agreement dated December 28, 1995, to be repaid to the fund to restore the corpus.

Suspends annual earnings disbursements to the county general fund following any corpus withdrawal; all income must be retained and added back to the corpus until the fund is restored to its pre-withdrawal balance.

Preserves existing fund structure dividing assets into corpus component (principal to be maintained) and earnings component (available for distribution), with Board of Supervisors serving as trustees and authorized to manage investments within specified parameters.
