Appropriates $126,837.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Psychology for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2019, with comparable budget requests for fiscal year 2021.

Allocates up to $80,268.00 of the appropriated funds for professional board management fees.

Allocates $6,000.00 from the appropriated funds to support the Mississippi Autism Board as required by state law.

Directs the board to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment with equal bids or when making purchases without competitive bids.
