Appropriates $1,631,521.00 from the Real Estate License Fund for the Mississippi Real Estate Commission for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

Authorizes 16 permanent full-time positions for the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.

Appropriates $427,643.00 from the Real Estate Appraisal License Fund for the Mississippi Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board for fiscal year 2020.

Authorizes 4 permanent full-time positions for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.

Requires agencies to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2019 and restricts personnel service expenditures in fiscal year 2021 to not exceed fiscal year 2020 levels unless new programs or positions are added by the legislature.
