Appropriates $6,741,513.00 from the State General Fund and $937,470.00 from special funds to the Mississippi State Supreme Court for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

Appropriates $26,160,740.00 from the State General Fund and $4,192,368.00 from special funds for expenses of special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges, including $8,720,000.00 for judge support staff (capped at $80,000 per judge annually).

Appropriates $11,384,532.00 from the State General Fund and $28,141,190.00 from special funds for the Administrative Office of Courts, including $6,500,000.00 for Drug Court Programs and $1,875,000.00 for the Youth Court Support Fund.

Appropriates $4,424,396.00 from the State General Fund and $1,588,856.00 from special funds to the Court of Appeals, and $346,100.00 from special funds to the Board of Bar Admissions.

Authorizes 70 full-time positions for the Supreme Court, 109 for trial judges, 33 for the Administrative Office of Courts, 58 for the Court of Appeals, and 3 for the Board of Bar Admissions.
