Appropriates $23,629,754.00 from the State General Fund and $9,495,477.00 from special funds to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

Authorizes 94 permanent full-time positions and 239 time-limited full-time positions for the Attorney General's Office.

Provides up to 3% pay increase to the realignment component of the Variable Compensation Plan for all full-time employees, excluding agency heads and board/commission members.

Allocates $5,690,346.00 from general fund court assessments for specific programs including Crime Victims Compensation ($1,901,332.00), State Prosecutor Education ($662,582.00), Cyber Crime Unit ($944,722.00), and Children's Advocacy Centers ($554,489.00).

Requires the Attorney General's Office to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2019 and prohibits use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds for authorized salaries.
