Appropriates $9,807,382.00 from the State General Fund and $10,057,181.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

Authorizes 171 permanent full-time positions, 7 permanent part-time positions, and 9 time-limited full-time positions for the department.

Provides full-time employees with up to 3% pay increase to the Variable Compensation Plan realignment component, excluding agency heads and board/commission members.

Allocates specific funds for capital projects including $2,000,000 for Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund, $750,000 for Capitol building repairs, $1,000,000 for de la Pointe-Krebs House, and $100,000 for Beauvoir Shrine maintenance.

Reappropriates $188,920.00 in General Funds and $130,000.00 in Capital Expense Funds from prior fiscal year authorizations for Beauvoir Shrine and Old Smith County Jailhouse projects.
