Appropriates $2,158,147.00 from the State General Fund for the State Oil and Gas Board's support and maintenance for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

Appropriates an additional $1,110,615.00 from special funds collected by or available to the State Oil and Gas Board for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 33 permanent full-time positions for the State Oil and Gas Board and provides for up to 3% pay increases to the Variable Compensation Plan realignment component for all full-time employees.

Allocates $1,000,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for emergency repairs and plugging of orphaned wells.

Permits the State Oil and Gas Board to receive and expend up to $200,000.00 from any source for the Comprehensive Data Management Program.
