Authorizes expenditure of $9,879,921.00 in special funds for the Yellow Creek State Inland Port Authority for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020).

Authorizes 15 permanent full-time positions for the Authority.

Requires the Authority to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2019, with comparable budget request submission for fiscal year 2021.

Allocates $50,000.00 for overtime, callback, or standby pay salary increases.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
