Reappropriates $3,627,600.00 for construction and repair/renovation projects previously authorized in SB 3015 (2017), SB 2911 (2016), SB 2902 (2014), and SB 2896 (2013).

Reappropriates $2,724,144.00 for construction and repair/renovation projects at Institutions of Higher Learning, Community and Junior Colleges, and other state agencies previously authorized in HB 1166 (2018).

Reappropriates $2,602,690.00 for construction and renovation of Green Hall at the University of Southern Mississippi previously authorized in SB 2924 (2016) and HB 1616 (2018).

Reappropriates $3,252,166.00 for upgrades and renovation of the water treatment facility at Alcorn State University previously authorized in SB 3015 (2017) and HB 1616 (2018), with all expenditures limited to unexpended balances as of June 30, 2019.
