Appropriates $4.3 million to the Attorney General's Office for legal assistance, expert witness fees, court costs, and settlement agreements for various lawsuits, including cases related to corrections, environmental issues, and civil rights.

Provides $10.2 million to the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency Disaster Assistance Trust Fund through June 30, 2020 for disaster response and emergency assistance.

Appropriates funds to multiple agencies including $7.6 million to Corrections for medical costs, $5 million to Marine Resources for Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act projects, $2.5 million for Law Enforcement Officer's Training Academy improvements, and smaller amounts to other agencies for specific operational needs.
