Restores voting rights to Anthony Leroy Wallace of Harrison County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility as an elector due to criminal convictions.

Wallace was sentenced on August 9, 1999, for robbery to four years probation; his probation was revoked on June 10, 2002, and he was sentenced to ten years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Wallace was convicted on July 2, 2002, on two counts of felony DUI with one year each to serve consecutively.

Wallace was released from custody on November 15, 2007, and discharged on July 7, 2009, and has since conducted himself as a law-abiding citizen.

The act takes effect upon passage.
