Extends the repeal date of the Jackson Convention and Visitors Bureau from July 1, 2019 to July 1, 2022, maintaining the 1% tax on gross proceeds of sales of restaurants, hotels, and motels to fund tourism and convention promotion.

Reconstitutes the bureau membership from current members to nine (9) members appointed by the mayor with city council confirmation, including two hotel/motel members and two restaurant members who must be members of the Capital City Convention Center Commission.

Adds the General Manager of the Capital City Convention Center as an ex officio nonvoting member of the Jackson Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Reconstitutes the Capital City Convention Center Commission membership and adds the Chief Executive Officer of the Jackson Convention and Visitors Bureau as an ex officio nonvoting member of the commission.

Implements procedural changes including requirements that members qualify within ninety (90) days after July 1, 2019, and adds a ninety (90) day term limit extension after membership expiration before positions become vacant.
