Restores voting rights to Miko Butler of Pike County, Mississippi, who was disqualified from voting due to felony convictions for embezzlement, conspiracy to commit embezzlement, forgery, and conspiracy to commit forgery.

Butler was sentenced to one year of house arrest and five years of probation for each charge, with sentences running concurrently; she was released to probation on August 29, 2004, and completed probation on August 28, 2009.

Legislature finds that Butler has since conducted herself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner.

Takes effect upon passage.
