Directs the Mississippi Department of Human Services, State Department of Health, and Division of Medicaid to prepare a video on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, obesity prevention, and breastfeeding importance for display in offices where TANF, SNAP, WIC, and Medicaid benefits are provided.

Requires applicants and recipients of TANF, SNAP, WIC, and Medicaid benefits to have the option to view the nutrition and health video at agency offices.

Mandates the agencies prepare additional videos covering prenatal health care, sexually transmitted diseases, abstinence education, birth control, marriage education, parenting skills, family preservation, and fatherhood for distribution to specific populations.

Requires distribution of the additional videos to TANF recipients ages 13-20 who are pregnant or have children, Medicaid family planning waiver participants, obstetrics/gynecology providers, county health departments, WIC centers, and family resource centers, with public availability upon request.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
