Creates new Section 3-3-63 of Mississippi Code to designate "My Home Mississippi," written by Delma Furniss, as the second official state song alongside the existing "Go, Mississippi."

Maintains "Go, Mississippi" (adopted in 1962) as the primary official state song while adding a second song intended for informal gatherings and daily use by citizens.

Authorizes the Division of Tourism of the Mississippi Development Authority and other state agencies to use "My Home Mississippi" for promoting the state, with copyright permission granted by the song's author Delma Furniss.

Aligns Mississippi with other states that have multiple official state songs, including Tennessee (6 songs), West Virginia (3 songs), and Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina (2 songs each).

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
