Amends Mississippi Code Section 77-3-703 to require that calls made for political purposes be governed by the Mississippi Telephone Solicitation Act in addition to existing political call regulations.

Adds telephone calls urging support or opposition for a political candidate running for elective office to the definition of "telephone solicitation" under Section 77-3-705.

Allows consumers who notify the Public Service Commission of their objection to receiving political calls to have those calls prohibited, similar to protections for other telemarketing solicitations.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
