Adds recipients of the Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal to those eligible to obtain the Iraq Veteran distinctive motor vehicle license tag, alongside existing recipients of the Southwest Asia Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, and Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.

Requires applicants to present written proof of medal eligibility and pay an additional annual fee of $30.00 per distinctive tag in addition to standard registration fees and taxes.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to the State Veterans Affairs Board for the State Veterans Memorial Cemetery and veterans nursing homes, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2; county tax collectors retain $2.00 per application.

Updates references from the State Tax Commission to the Department of Revenue for administering the distinctive license tag program.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
