Authorizes mileage reimbursement for poll managers and other persons present at voting precincts who are required to return to the registrar's office after polls close on election day.

Reimburses mileage at the federal employee rate for all miles traveled in excess of 10 miles when returning to the registrar's office.

Maintains existing compensation structure: poll managers receive $75 per election (plus up to $50 additional at board discretion) and $10 per precinct for carrying ballots and materials or serving as returning officer.

Mileage reimbursement applies only to privately owned motor vehicles used for official election duties.

Effective July 1, 2019.
