Requires school administrators to report acts of violence resulting in injury requiring emergency medical services to local law enforcement authorities.

Adds "acts of violence committed by any person resulting in an injury to any person which requires a call to emergency services responders for medical attention" to the list of unlawful activities that must be reported under Mississippi Code Section 37-11-29.

Grants school superintendents the authority to notify local law enforcement agencies of violent acts on school property or during school-related activities that require emergency medical response.

Applies to violent acts committed by students or adults on school property or during school-related activities regardless of location or identity of the perpetrator.

Becomes effective July 1, 2019.
