Increases the maximum total compensation recovery under Mississippi workers' compensation law from 450 weeks to 520 weeks of benefits.

Applies the 520-week maximum across all disability categories: permanent total disability, temporary total disability, permanent partial disability, and temporary partial disability.

Applies the 520-week maximum to death benefits payable to surviving spouses, children, and other dependents.

Maintains the compensation rate of 66⅔% of the average weekly state wage, with weekly minimums and maximums already established in law.

Effective July 1, 2019.
