Creates the "Community and Police Safety Act" authorizing municipalities to provide tax-forfeited lands and buildings to full-time police officers as part of their compensation package.

Housing assistance terminates within 30 days of officer employment termination; municipalities may offer terminated officers the option to purchase the land at fair market value but are not required to do so.

Secretary of State shall promulgate rules allowing donation of tax-forfeited lands to municipalities that establish housing programs authorized by the act.

Amends Mississippi Code sections 25-19-1, 7-11-11, 21-33-75, 21-33-71, and 21-33-73 to permit public employers to distribute tax-forfeited lands as part of employer-assisted housing programs and to exempt such lands from taxation when used for police officer compensation.
