Eliminates the $25,000,000 monetary cap on the Mississippi Trauma Care Systems Fund, allowing unlimited accumulation of funds.

Removes the requirement to transfer excess funds above $25,000,000 to the Mississippi Trauma Care Escrow Fund.

Transfers all monies held in the Mississippi Trauma Care Escrow Fund to the Mississippi Trauma Care Systems Fund as of July 1, 2019.

Specifies that funds in the Mississippi Trauma Care Systems Fund shall not lapse into the State General Fund at fiscal year end, with all interest and earnings deposited to the fund's credit.

Effective date is July 1, 2019.
