Increases the maximum assistance per county from $740,000 to $830,000 under the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program administered by the Department of Insurance.

Adds one additional fire truck to each eligibility tier, allowing counties to receive up to 13 fire trucks instead of the previous maximum of 12 trucks.

Increases funding caps for the additional fire trucks to $90,000 per truck for the 12th and 13th trucks, matching the rate for previously authorized higher-tier trucks.

Maintains existing eligibility requirements including a 1:10 local matching funds pledge over up to 10 years and compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1900 series standards.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
