Designates the first Monday of April as National Day of Reunion and adds it to Mississippi's list of legal holidays under Section 3-3-7, Mississippi Code of 1972.

Restructures the legal holidays statute to use lettered subsections (a through k) for clarity in listing all recognized state holidays.

Makes minor technical corrections to the statute, including changing "viz" to standard language and adjusting grammatical constructions throughout the holidays list.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
