Adds a new paragraph (28) to Section 43-13-115 of Mississippi Code to expand Medicaid eligibility to individuals under 65 years old, not pregnant, not entitled to Medicare Part A or B, whose income does not exceed 133% of the federal poverty level.

Eligible individuals under the new paragraph receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined under Section 1937 of the federal Social Security Act.

The Division of Medicaid determines eligibility for individuals covered under this expansion.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
