Creates the Landowners Protection Act to limit civil liability of property owners and operators when invitees are injured by third-party negligence, gross negligence, or intentional conduct on their property.

Exempts property owners from liability unless the injured party proves the third party's conduct occurred on the property, the property owner's actions actively and affirmatively impelled the third party's conduct, and the third party's conduct caused the damages.

Defines "atmosphere of violence" as establishment of liability only through similar violent conduct occurring within three years prior that resulted in felony conviction on the same property, and prohibits liability based on the third party's prior violent nature.

Amends Section 85-5-7 to exclude torts resulting from acts or omissions committed with specific wrongful intent from the definition of "fault" in joint and several liability cases.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
