Deletes the requirement that hotels with fewer than 50 beds must operate one or more regular dining rooms designed to be constantly frequented by customers each day.

Amends Section 67-1-5 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 regarding definitions under the Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.

Maintains all other hotel requirements, including minimum sleeping rooms (20 for municipalities under 25,000 population; 50 for larger municipalities) and adequate overnight accommodation facilities.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
