Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to supporters of the Rotary Club of Central Hancock County for an additional fee of $30.00 annually, due at registration and renewal.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 of the additional fee for the county general fund, with the remaining amount remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Of each $30.00 additional fee collected, distributes: $24.00 to Rotary Club of Central Hancock County, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires surrender of regular license tag upon issuance of distinctive tag and provides up to two license decals that expire with the regular tag year.

Effective July 1, 2019; establishes $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen distinctive tags with 5% retained by tax collector for county general fund.
