Amends Section 49-15-15 of the Mississippi Code to make location data for artificial reefs constructed by corporations and private individuals exempt from public records disclosure under Section 25-61-1 et seq.

Prevents the Department of Marine Resources from publishing artificial reef location information on its website or in written publications when the reefs are built by private entities or corporations.

Allows individuals to still request artificial reef location data in writing, with the department providing the information in a timely manner.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
