Require all amusement ride operators at the Mississippi State Fair to pass a drug test administered at least five days before the fair's opening date as a condition of employment.

Authorize the Mississippi Fair Commission to adopt rules and regulations governing drug testing, including allowing ride owners or managers to submit documentation verifying drug tests were conducted on operators.

Required drug test documentation must include the operator's name, type of drug test administered, test date, and results.

Cost of drug testing must be paid by the person tested or the ride owner/manager, though the State Fair Commission may elect to pay at its discretion.

Effective July 1, 2019.
