Designates "Mississippi Beautiful," written by Pam Confer, as the official state song of Mississippi, effective July 1, 2019.

Repeals Chapter 654 of the Laws of 1962, which previously designated "Go Mississippi" as the official state song.

Song was debuted at the Mississippi State Capitol on December 4, 2017, and dedicated to the opening of the Museum of Mississippi History and Mississippi Civil Rights Museum.

"Mississippi Beautiful" is permanently featured in Gallery 8 of the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum and celebrates Mississippi's music, culture, food, and people.
