House Bill 598 Summary

• Department of Finance and Administration authorized to issue a request for proposals for construction of one or more on-site primary care clinics for state employees in the Capitol complex and other areas of critical employment concentration throughout the state

• Proposals must demonstrate how offerors plan to promote wellness within the employee population, realize net savings to the state in primary care, and provide benefits to state employees, their spouses, and dependents

• Request for proposals must be issued no later than September 1, 2019
