Creates new Section 25-61-11.2 to exempt 10 categories of information technology records from the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983, including network architecture, source code, security plans, vulnerability reports, and security incident reports.

Amends Sections 9-5-169, 25-61-5, 25-59-19, 25-61-10, and 31-7-111 to incorporate the new IT records exemption throughout the Public Records Act.

Maintains public access rights to non-exempt information within records that contain both exempt IT information and public information through redaction procedures.

Effective July 1, 2019.
