Amends Mississippi Code Section 83-17-53 to include self-storage insurance within the definition of limited lines insurance.

Authorizes insurance producers to obtain a limited lines license qualification for self-storage insurance under Section 83-17-63.

Creates a new limited lines self-storage insurance producer license allowing individuals and business entities to offer, sell, solicit and negotiate self-storage insurance at facilities where they conduct business.

Requires limited lines producers to maintain a register of self-storage facilities, provide written disclosures to purchasers about coverage terms and claim processes, and comply with insurer-supervised training programs for employees.

Prohibits requiring self-storage insurance purchase as a condition of entering into a rental agreement and takes effect July 1, 2019.
