Requires the Mississippi Real Estate Commission to mail real estate appraisal licenses to licensees at either their designated place of business or another location designated by the licensee, rather than a single mandated address.

Applies the same mailing requirement to renewed appraisal licenses, licenses issued after passing examination, and licenses issued to military-trained applicants or military spouses.

Extends the flexible mailing requirement to real estate broker and salesperson licenses, including temporary licenses and licenses issued upon change of responsible broker.

Brings forward Section 73-34-103 regarding appraisal management company registration requirements, including a $20,000 surety bond and application procedures, with provisions to expire July 1, 2019.

Brings forward Section 73-34-131 establishing adjudicatory proceedings for violations of appraisal management company standards, requiring 20 days' notice before hearings and opportunity for the registrant to be heard.
