Amends Section 73-1-27, Mississippi Code of 1972, to exempt certain registered architects from continuing education requirements prescribed by the board.

Registered architects who are 60 years of age or older, actively practice architecture, and have 20 or more years of aggregate practice experience are exempt from continuing education requirements.

Makes technical corrections to gender-neutral language and removes outdated references in the renewal and reinstatement provisions for registered architects.

Effective July 1, 2019.
